The area surrounding Headlam Hall has some of the country's most scenic walks and the hotel offers mountain bike hire with maps available for guests wishing to explore. Just 4 miles away is the impressive medieval Raby Castle. A short drive away from the castle is High Force, the country's highest and most spectacular waterfall.
